After initial training, you begin an initial hand-holding phase as an expert helps and coaches you through your launch milestones.

The award decision may be combined with your Confirmation Day visit to allow you to maximize the value of your travel – training can commence after contract signing when you are at our corporate office for the Confirmation Day.
